I'm Aaron Harstad — owner of Harstad Construction Group and a former professional hockey player who traded the ice for the job site. Originally from Minnesota and Wisconsin, my hockey career brought me to Raleigh six years ago, and this city has been home ever since.
My passion is taking outdated, non-functional spaces and turning them into something that genuinely changes how you feel when you walk through the door — that exhale you get when you arrive at the beach, where stress just lifts. That's the experience I want every client to have in their own home.
Everything I learned from a career in professional hockey — showing up on time, relentless preparation, holding myself and my team accountable — I bring to every single project.
